Candies

Our Candies

Our candies are born directly from nature, we seek and select producers who like us care about the quality and authenticity of their products, who share with us the passion for genuine things, who guarantee the origin, quality and authenticity of the natural ingredients. We respect the artisanal processing methods. Our candies are cooked in copper cauldrons and stirred with wooden ladles, cast by hand in a soft bed of corn starch, left to rest until completely cooled and finally covered with sweet white cane sugar crystals. We only choose natural or organic products, we look for honey, natural extracts, essential oils and medicinal herbs from our valleys. In our candies you will never find gums, modified starches, animal jellies and preservatives. The dyes, where required to better highlight the taste, are exclusively of natural origin.
